We were approached by a long-term client to investigate the possible refurbishment of a new property acquisition. The building had been previously used as a joinery workshop and offices and was in a bad state of repair.
Downstairs, metal glazed partitions were installed giving two private offices amongst the open plan areas, for use as meeting rooms.
Dado trunking was installed throughout giving new power points and Data outlets to give over 70 workstation positions. All data was wired back to a purpose made room that housed the Network Cabinet.
The external roof was insulated and overclad, giving many years of trouble-free use ahead while eliminating the many leaks inherited with the building.

We started by removing all the old ceilings, electrical installation and heating system to make room for the new Air-conditioning and Air handling systems.
All the ground floor internal walls were plasterboarded and then skimmed to give the perfect starting point for all the new services and decoration. The Floors were all made good ready for new carpets throughout the downstairs areas.
The roller shutter door was replaced with an Aluminium Glazed door and window system letting natural light into the working area whilst increasing building security.
A new Electrical Installation was installed along with a complete standalone Fire Alarm System and intruder Alarm giving RedCare cover. Once first fix had been completed a new Suspended Ceiling was installed throughout the downstairs area.
The existing carpets were protected upstairs before any works were carried out, some existing partitions were changed, and other walls added to establish additional offices and toilet areas.
